Södertörn University has converted to distance education – no teaching on university premises from Wednesday 18 March

The Swedish Government recommends that after 18 March all higher education institutions move to distance education. Södertörn University has followed this recommendation and there will be no teaching on university premises until further notice. This is likely to apply throughout the spring semester. All written examinations will be replaced by other forms of examination for the entire spring semester. Students are asked to stay updated about their course or programme via SH-StudyWeb. Staff and students can access the university premises with their keycards and both Infocenter and the library are open.

Print and copy in the library

You can print and copy in the library, whether or not you are a student. Read more on this page about how it works for you.

If you are a student at Södertörn University

The printers and copying machines at the library are located in room UB 515 on floor 5 and in room UB 614 on floor 6. You can make prints and copies both in black and white and in colour.

All information you need on how to print is on page Printing and copying.

If you are a student at The Swedish Red Cross University College

In order to use one of the library's computers, you will need a guest account, which you pick up at the information desk upon presenting valid ID. If you already have an SH-account for RKH students, you may use that. Collect and pay for your prints at the information desk.

To make photocopies you can borrow a guest copy card. Pay for the copies at the information desk using a bank card.

Please note that as a student at RKH you can print and copy cheaper at your own university. More information, in Swedish only, can be found on the RKH self service portalexternal link, opens in new window.

If you are a student at another university or a member of the public

If you need to use the computers in the library, you can ask for a guest account at the library Information desk, which is valid for one day. You must be at least 18 years old, and be able to present a proof of identification. We have a limited number of guest accounts each day.

Collect and pay for your prints at the library Information desk. You can only print in A4 sized and black/white.

As a registrerad library card holder, you can borrow a guest copying card. You pay for the copies at the library Information desk.
